Our names are James and Madelena and we own and operate our family run dog boutique and grooming salon at 7523 13th Ave in Brooklyn New York and of course we also have our on line web business-www.TheDiamondCollar.com.

 Our shop is very pet-friendly. We have two Shih-tzu,Gizmo and Cucuzza, a Pug named Brock, and two rescues,Princess a long haired Chihuahua and Bosco a Laso-Shit mix.On most days you will find them hanging out in our store so there's always someone for your pups to play with while you shop or browse our store! We also have 8 rescue cats,Spaz,Boots,Oreo,Princess,Gidget,Maxie and Sassy.

 My Pug is the main reason we decided to open a dog boutique. I would try to take him out for a walk in the colder months and he would run and hide,when I would finally get him out he would shiver.I realized he was cold,really cold and he would rather stay in than go out for his much loved walk..I tried to find him a sweater or jacket in the local neighborhood dog stores but never could.They might have one small and 2 xsmalls or whatever but they never had his size or any choose of style. So here we are!Dog clothes for all sizes.I know we cater to dogs but I truly love cats as well.I was once know as the cat lady of 76th street years ago when I cared for over forty cats.I had spent countless hours caring for all the homeless kitties by catching them and having them spayed and nuetered.Unfortunately I had to stop due to the cruelty of my neighbor from 77th street who decided to kill them.
On a brighter note,we carry a large variety of products from holistic dog foods and dog treats to Designer Dog Collars. Our site is updated on a daily basis, so please come back often to see our new additions! If there is something you might like and don't see it, please feel free to call.
We have opened up our brand new Dog Grooming Salon right here in Brooklyn  and now Glendale New York !  We use only the finest dog shampoos and dog conditioners such as Quadrupeds,  and Cain & Able. Your pet will be pampered in our salon, like atmosphere!
