RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item for store credit, or exchange (less the shipping costs). Please refer to our excluded items below. Any returned items must be unused,sent back in their original packaging and must have the original tag on the item (including the instructions, packing material etc.) ON OR BEFORE 30 days from the original postmark (Original Shipping Date). PLEASE WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION EMAIL FOR Exchange ORDERS BEFORE PLACING NEW ORDER.
Sorry, refunds are not given for online orders, exchanges only.
Return Authorization Number (RAN) Required: The Return Authorization Number (RAN) is required for all products returned. All items which do not have a RAN will be refused and returned to you. All returns must include the original manufacturer's packaging and tags for an exchange, replacement, or store credit. Unhappy with your order? You can return any item that is not marked "non-refundable" in the product description (see list below). The Diamond Collar reserves the right to determine whether or not the product was used or damaged. If the item has been determined to be used or damaged, we will be unable to accept, exchange, replace or offer credit for that product. For all returns, customer is responsible for shipping costs.
Items excluded from the return policy: Custom or Hand Made Orders, Carriers, Beds, Blankets, Dens, Food, Treats and other perishables (In accordance with New York State Health Regulations)and all clearance items so please order carefully.
Please note that all soft e-collars, sale items and plush toys are non-returnable,refundable or exchangeable.
* We cannot guarantee that any plush toy will be able to withstand all breed's inherent chewing aggression.
Defective Products: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you must contact our toll free number at 1-877-D-Collar (1-877-326-5527). In such an event, will do our best to correct the problem and we will pay additional shipping charges.
Exchange of the products: For your protection, we suggest that you purchase insurance for the items you return to us as we cannot be liable for stolen or lost packages. Once you have obtained a RAN number, address all returns to:

All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy of the original receipt including the RAN number.
If you Choose Store Credit: A credit voucher will be e-mailed to you. This voucher will be good for six (6) months from the date the credit is issued. Your voucher will include a redemption code with your customer number and the amount owed. Please remember that the original shipping/insurance and handling fees are not refundable and will not be included in your credit.
Cancellation Policy: You have up to 24 hours from the time of receipt of your order to cancel your order.Any over nite or express orders can not be cancelled. If your order was already shipped you will pay 4.99 for shipping expenses or full cost of the express shipping charges. Any order shipped will be subject to the shipping and handling charges.
