SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Delivery rates are based on USPS  only and we reserve the right to use another, at out discretion.  The rates are subject to change based on holiday and peak periods in standard with the policies of USPS .

 

By acquiring an item, you will be bound to the provisions along with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policies and Shipping and Return Policy.  By agreement to purchase, you affirm that you have read and understand, agree and consent to the provisions.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Carriers Used: USPS .  All items will be therefore traceable and insured for your protection.  We do not provide COD services.

 

Delivery Times/Days: Most items will be shipped and delivered within 7-14 business days.  If, for some reason, we are unable to ship the order or there will be an unforeseeable delay, we will notify you by email or by phone to inform you of the status. 

 

The Diamond Collar does not have control over delivery days nor times after the parcel is turned over to the carrier.

 

Carrier days are indicated as business days are defined as Monday-Friday, excluding holidays unless otherwise indicated by the carrier.  We also disclaim any liability for USPS or UPS failing to adhere to delivery days and times. 

 

Delivery Availability:  At this time, we can only ship to the 48 Contiguous States. 

 

There will be free shipping on all orders over $500.00 (Oversized and overweight items do not apply).  Exchange items do not qualify for free shipping. 

 

Sales Tax: If you are a New York resident or shipping to an address in the State of New York, your order will incur 8.375% sales tax in accordance with New York State Law.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels: The Diamond Collar ensures the full value of your merchandise to ensure the protection of your order.  In the event that the shipment is lost or damaged, you will need to contact us and the carrier, and file a claim according to their procedures.

 

Undeliverable Packages:  The Shipping/Insurance, packaging and handling and postage fees will not be refundable for any package returned for "Refused, Unclaimed, Unknown Address or Insufficient Address". If you received free shipping a 4.99 fee will be deducted.
